Assistant Coach Will Ingersoll
In the summer of 2010, Will Ingersoll assumed a new role in the women's basketball program as he was promoted to assistant coach after two years of the team's Director of Basketball Operations. In his new job, Ingersoll helps plan and run practices, helps with the development of the team's post players, and assists with both recruitment and opponent scouting.
In his two years in the operations role, Ingersoll helped run the Tribe's film exchange, assisted with travel arrangements, and coordinated the practice player program. He got his start with the program as an undergraduate, serving as both a practice player and as a student assistant coach under Coach Taylor's tutelage. Ingersoll also spent four years as a starter on the men's club basketball team for W&M, after a standout career at Standley Lake High School in Denver, Colorado.
A 2008 graduate of the College with a major in finance and concentration in accounting, Ingersoll earned his MBA from William and Mary in the spring of 2010.
