How to Purchase Tickets

W&M Football tickets may be purchased over the phone at 757-221-3340, in person at our box office, or on the web.   Tickets will also be available for purchase on the day of the game three hours prior to the start of the game at Zable Stadium.

**The 2010 Family Plan includes two adult and two youth tickets.  Additional youth tickets may be purchased at $50 each. Family Plan packages will be limited to 100 packages sold.

New season ticket orders will not be assigned seats until after renewals and upgrade requests are processed for previous season ticket holders.  Preference will be given based on order date.  Earlier dates will be given first priority.  Notification will be made at the time seat assignments are made (if requested).

 

Renewal applications for current season ticket holders will be mailed in early March with a deadline of April 24th.  If you have any requests regarding your tickets please write the request on the renewal form or attach a separate letter.  All requests will be viewed after the renewal deadline.  Changes are based on availability. 

 


Tribe Club Premium Seating & Parking

The Tribe Club was established to enhance and support the W&M Athletics program.  Its primary goal is to raise the financial support necessary for W&M to compete on a national level.   Your annual contribution to the Tribe Club will help lead W&M Athletics to the next level by enabling student-athletes to excel both academically and athletically.  For more information on the Tribe Club please call 757-221-3350 or visit the Tribe Club website. 

 

Tribe Club Seating

Tribe Club members have the ability to purchase seats in the Tribe Club Sections depending on their annual donation. The ability to purchase up to four tickets in section D is the benefit for donors who make a $50 minimum gift; sections CC & GG are the benefit for donors who make a $100 minimum gift, sections DD &FF are the benifit for a $250 minimum gift; and section EE is the benefit for a $500 minimum gift. Additional discounts are available for seniors 65 and older, W&M Faculty/Staff, and Military.  All phone or mail orders received within ten days of the game will be placed in Will Call to be picked up at the Tribe Ticket Office located in W&M Hall or on the day of the game at the Will Call window at Zable Stadium.

Student Tickets

Full time W&M students are eligible to receive free admission to all home athletic events with a valid W&M Student ID. Please swipe your ID at the student entrance located in the southeast corner of Zable Stadium to enter.  Student seating is limited to 3,000 students per event.  Once 3,000 students have been admitted, free student admission will be prohibited.  Student guest tickets may be purchased for $5 each at the Tribe Ticket Office located in W&M Hall the week of the game only.  Student Guest tickets are not available on the day of the game.

 


Away Game Tickets

2010 away game tickets will go on sale March 25th for Tribe Club Members and Season Ticket Holders or late July for the general public.  Tickets to the game at ODU are limited to 4 per customer.  These tickets will be assigned first based on Tribe Club Loyalty Points followed by order date of season ticket holders and finally to the general public.  To purchase tickets or for more information, please call the Tribe Ticket Office at 757-221-3340.  The following is the Tribe’s 2010 Away Game Schedule:

Admissions Policies

All persons two years of age and older must have a ticket for admission to W&M Football games.  Children under the age of two do not need a ticket if they do not take up a seat, but must sit on someone’s lap.  Youth ages are two through high school with a valid high school ID.  Seniors are 65 and older.

Outside food, beverages and umbrellas are prohibited in Zable Stadium.  As a courtesy to spectators, smoking is not allowed in seating areas, portals, or restrooms.  There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

General Parking

General parking is available at the W&M Hall parking lot with access from Dillard Street, Brooks Street, or Compton Street.  Game day parking is $7 per car and is not available for presale.  Please call the Tribe Ticket Office for any further information at 757-221-3340.

 


2010 Playoff Ticket Information

Tribe Football has the potential to play in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision playoffs!  Playoff selections and host schools will be determined by the NCAA Selection Committee on Sunday, November 21st  at 10AM (EST) and broadcast on ESPNU.  In anticipation of hosting NCAA FCS playoff games, we are providing season ticket holders the opportunity to pre-order your tickets.  Please review the following information and order tickets online at www.tribeathletics.com/tickets.html or print an order form online to pre-order tickets to games that may be held at home.

In the event W&M hosts NCAA FCS playoff games at Zable Stadium

  • Ticket prices for all FCS playoff games at Zable Stadium will be as follows:

o   Sideline Reserved $29 per seat/Youth $20 per seat

o   End Zone Adult $24 per seat/Youth $15 per seat

o   W&M Students $10

 

  • Season ticket holders’ seat locations will be guaranteed if orders are received by 6pm on Tuesday before each playoff game.  A pre-order form will be mailed to your address on file.
  • Seat improvements may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.  Please note your request on your order form.  All requests will be assigned in order of Tribe Club Loyalty Points. 
  • Orders received after 6pm on Tuesday prior to the game will be assigned the best available remaining seat locations. 
  • Playoff game tickets can only be pre-ordered online or by completing your pre-order form and providing a credit card or check.  Credit cards from the pre-order form will not be charged until W&M is selected to host a NCAA FCS playoff game. Checks will be shredded if W&M is not selected to host.  Orders made online will be refunded should W&M not host.
  • Tickets cannot be mailed and will be available for pickup starting at noon on the Wednesday prior to the game.  During regular business hours tickets may be picked up at the Tribe Ticket Office in W&M Hall.  On game-day tickets will be located in Will Call at Gate 1 at Zable Stadium.  Please see the Pre-Ordered Ticket Pickup Schedule below.
  • Orders for non season ticket holders may be made online at www.tribeathletics.com/tickets.html, or by calling or visiting the Tribe Ticket Office in William & Mary Hall at 757-221-3340 during playoff business hours beginning November 22nd at 8:30am. 
  • W&M students may purchase tickets for $10 each (one per student) at the Tribe Ticket Office at W&M Hall during playoff business hours beginning November 22nd at 8:30am.

·         Tickets for the general public will come on a first come first served basis by three separate methods of ordering tickets - by phone, coming to the ticket office, or online beginning (online) at 6pm the Tuesday before the game or Wednesday (phone or in person) beginning at 8:30am.

 

 

In the event W&M travels to away NCAA FCS playoff games or the Championship

  • Call or stop by the Tribe Ticket Office at W&M Hall the week prior to the game to make your order.  Tickets will go on sale by 10 AM the Monday prior to the game. 
  • Only Tribe Club members who donate $100 or more annually may order tickets the Monday and Tuesday until noon prior to the game.  There is a limit of 10 tickets per customer.  Seat assignments will be made based on Tribe Club Loyalty Points.  All remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public the Tuesday at Noon prior to the game.  Order quantities may be limited and will vary based on our allotment for each game.
  • Tickets will not be mailed.  Plan on picking up your tickets in advance via the schedule above or at Will Call on game day.

 

NCAA FCS Playoff Order Frequently Asked Questions

Ø  How do I order NCAA FCS playoff game tickets?

Online: Home game tickets may be pre-ordered online at www.tribeathletics.com/tickets.html .  Should W&M NOT host a home playoff game orders will be refunded. 

By phone: Home game tickets may be pre-ordered by calling 757-221-3340 during playoff hours. 

By mail: Current season ticket/ mini-plan holders will receive their pre-order form in the mail.  A form for non season ticket/mini-plan holders will be available on www.tribeathletics.com/tickets.html . You may mail back a completed form including credit card information to reserve your seats based on availability. Cards will be charged only in the event that W&M hosts a home playoff game. 

By fax: Completed pre-order forms including credit card information may be faxed to 757-221-7691. Cards will be charged only in the event that W&M hosts a home playoff game.

In person: Current season ticket holders may go to the Tribe Ticket Office at W&M Hall to reserve your seats. 

How many tickets may I order?

You may order as many tickets as you like.  We cannot guarantee any additional seats to be near your current season ticket locations.  Additional seats will be assigned based on Tribe Club Loyalty Points.

Ø  Is there a deadline to reserve my current season ticket seat location?

Yes.  Current season ticket holders may order their season ticket locations up until the Tuesday before the game.  Please see the Advance Ticket Pickup Schedule for times you may pick up your tickets at the Tribe Ticket Office at W&M Hall.

Ø  Do I have to order tickets for all 4 home games to reserve my season ticket locations?

No.  You may place your order for any individual game you wish and we will guarantee your season ticket locations as long as you place your order before Tuesday at 6pm prior to each game.

Ø  What if I order tickets and decide not to go?

Because of the ticketing process with the NCAA Playoff games, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations unless W&M does not host a home game.

Ø  Can I request different seats for NCAA playoff games?

Yes. You may request a seat change or improvement.  We will make every possible effort to fulfill your request after the pre-order deadline for each game.  Please note seat improvements or requests on your order form.

Ø  Can I order tickets in addition to my regular season ticket order?

Yes.  Fill in the order quantity for the amount of tickets you want.  Additional tickets will be located as close as possible to your original season ticket order or you can request to have your entire order seated together in the best seats available.

Ø  What about parking for the NCAA playoff games?

All valid regular season parking passes for the White, Blue, Gold, & Green lots will be honored for playoff games. The cost to park in these lots will be $15 per car.  Bring your pass on game-day and pay the attendant upon entering the lot.  Fans without regular season parking passes may park in the William & Mary Hall lot for $10 per vehicle.  The remaining parking spaces on campus are free.  Lots will open three hours prior to kickoff.

Ø  Do W&M Students receive discounted tickets?

Yes, $10 student tickets will go on sale the Monday of the game at the W&M Ticket Office.  Students must show a valid W&M ID in order to purchase a ticket.  No student guest tickets will be available.

Ø  Can my W&M Student sit with me?

Unless you are utilizing one of your full price tickets for your W&M student, we will not be able to guarantee seating near your regular season location.  Discounted student tickets are only available in the student section.

Ø  What if I order and W&M does not host a Playoff game?

If W&M does not host a home playoff game all advance orders will not be processed and your credit card information will not be charged and will be shredded along with all checks.

Ø  Can I pre-order tickets for NCAA FCS away Playoff games?

No you cannot.  Since we will not know game locations and ticket prices before November 21st , we will not be able to facilitate an advanced order.  Only Tribe Club members may order tickets the Monday and Tuesday until noon prior to the game.  All remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday after noon on the week prior to the game.  Seat assignments will be made based on Tribe Club Loyalty Points.  Order quantities may be limited and may vary based on our allotment for each game.
